If stopping on return trip for lunch/dinner or other reasons we need to know prior to the trip. If a group is scheduled to leave at a designated time, they must have proper planning to do so. Permission is needed from the Kids’ Wheels LLC office in order to delay departure. Vehicles are scheduled for other activities and MUST depart at the scheduled time. Any changes to the itinerary must be submitted in writing at least 48 priors to departure Kids’ Wheels LLC office cannot be held responsible for late arrivals due to weather, road condition, or other traffic delays.
